Multi Visit Reporting, Improved Average Calculation and more for Time in Status Server/DataCenter
You can now report the FIRST, LAST, AVERAGE visit durations as well as the TOTAL, of course in Time in Status reports.
The Multi Visit Behavior option that is available as a report parameter allows you to report on individual status visits for Time in Status reports.
OK, this is a big one.
An issue might visit the same status multiple times in its workflow. Up until today, all status reports of Time in Status showed the total time for all those visits.
With this week’s release, we introduce the Multi Visit Behavior selection to Status Duration reports. This parameter allows the user to select whether to display First Visit, Last Visit, Total or Average durations in reports.
The companion for this selection is the new Visit Count selection in the View Format Panel which allows you to display status visit counts next to durations in Status Duration reports, effectively combining Status Duration and Status Count reports.
