TicketBook Is Moving to a Paid Subscription Model
We are excited to announce that the beta period for TicketBook – Service Time and Contract Management for Jira is officially ending. We want to thank all our users who provided invaluable feedback during beta phase.
Beginning in September 2025, TicketBook will upgrade to a full, live version and will transition to a paid subscription model on the Atlassian Marketplace. This step will ensure the long-term sustainability of TicketBook and allow us to accelerate development based on the customer requests we’ve received.

What Do You Need to Know
This transition will be delivered as a major version update.
Your Jira will not perform this update automatically. A Jira administrator must manually update the app to the new version. We recommend performing this update at your earliest convenience to ensure access to the latest, fully supported version of TicketBook.
While we are taking all necessary precautions for a smooth transition, please be aware that systems that are not updated to the new version may experience disruptions in the app’s performance.
