How to Participate

Share Your Feedback: Visit the Atlassian Marketplace page for the specific OBSS app you use and tell us about your experience. Not just a perfect score, we are asking for your honest, constructive opinion.

Wait for Publication: Atlassian reviews all submissions to confirm they originate from real users, which means there might be a brief wait before your feedback is visible.

Receive Your Reward: After your review has been published, email us at appsupport@obss.tech from your professional email account. Be sure to provide the link to your review and specify your preferred Amazon region (e.g., Amazon.com,  Amazon.de).

To help Atlassian quickly validate your feedback, please remember these guidelines:

For Cloud Customers: Make sure the email address you use to log into the Atlassian Marketplace matches the one associated with your Jira or Confluence Cloud environment.

For Data Center Customers: Submit your review using an email address that matches the domain of your organization's app license. When in doubt, utilizing your corporate email address is the safest bet.

Terms and Conditions

• This offer is valid until December 31, 2026.

• Participants must be verified users of the app within the last 6 months, per Atlassian’s policy.

• This offer is limited to one (1) gift card per person. While you cannot claim a reward for an app you have previously reviewed, you are welcome to participate by leaving a review for any of our other apps that you currently use.

• The number of gift cards is limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The review must contain descriptive text to be eligible; reviews with only a star rating do not qualify for the reward.

• To be eligible for the reward, participants must use their work email to write the review on the Atlassian Marketplace. After the review is published, they must send the claim email to appsupport@obss.tech from that same work email. Personal email services such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or Outlook will not be accepted.

• This campaign is open to users globally, but please be aware of any potential usage limitations for Amazon Gift Cards in your specific country or region.
  
  
• OBSS reserves the right to deny the Amazon Gift Card reward if fraudulent activity is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, anonymous reviews, suspicious email submissions, or multiple entries submitted by the same person under different accounts or email addresses.
